Employees from around the globe gathered for a corporate event celebrating LGBTQ+ Pride and joy, hosted by DXC Technology. The internal event, held during the day, featured a rich panel discussion with representatives from various international branches of the organization, showcasing the company's dedication to diversity, inclusion, and the celebration of LGBTQ+ identities.

Matthew Blackwood, representing DXC Technology’s UK arm, participated as a panelist. In addition to his role at DXC Technology, Blackwood also serves as the Executive Director for Equality Amplified, bringing a unique and dual perspective to the discussion. The panel, which included esteemed colleagues Cheryl Bagley, Malou Ocampo-Quiambao, Hendrik V., and Gabriel Schild, delved into the importance of celebrating LGBTQ+ identities within the workplace and beyond. Topics ranged from family support and community involvement to the role of education in fostering inclusivity.
